Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied. If you aren’t totally in love with what you bought from us, simply return within 30 days.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If your purchase is within 30 days of delivery, we can offer you a refund for return. To complete your return, we require an email receipt of your order or other proof of purchase. Returns are simple – just send us an email to request a return address (please do NOT send the return to our office address) and then send your item back to our facility using a low-cost USPS shipping service. After we receive your item and inspect that it is complete, we will then refund you the purchase credits and the USPS shipping costs. Please do NOT send your item back through FedEx, UPS, or other expedited shipping services as we will not refund those shipping costs (as you know those shipping services are far more expensive ). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us by sending an email.
We currently do not provide exchange services. If you want to exchange, you can place a new order and return your previous item. We will refund your returned item. As for return and refund, please refer to the Return and Refund policies.
